Okay. I had an epiphany last night, and it entails this:
Twice every month, I will chose a moderator (Daroga or Manager) who has been especially kind and benevolent, helpful, etc. I will then give the choice Mod a promotion, granting him/her extra credits and abilities. I will then create an "Award" and give it to him/her. Does this sound good?

This ensues every Mod MUST have a post in Behind the Masks, in which I can post the details and awards. So, Mods, Make one!!
