No matter what rank of Mod you are, you must abide by these rules: [/u]-Only lock topics if they are totally outside boundaries, If they are in the wrong board, move them. If they are duplicates, either delete them or lock them. Make sure the choice is a good one! [/li][li] Announcements-These are special threads that must be read. They appear on ALL boards, so, do NOT make them unless the topic is universally important. (Ex: No Doing this.....__) [/li][li] Stickys[/u]-Only make these if the issue is important as well. Like announcements, stickys are for problems that you want corrected. But, in the case of RPGs, etc. make the game a sticky. Stickys appear only on ONE board. [/li][li] Banning Members-[/u]This MUST be a unanimous staff vote, then cleared through me! The person you wish to Ban will have a dossier made in the Phantoms Lair for staff to read an decide. Make it a poll to see who thinks the user should be ban. Only the Admin actually bans them. Once they are ban, they can NEVER come back. [/li][li] Warning Members-This is able to be done by clicking the appropriate tabs in the users profile, and should ONLY be done if they were behaving poorly (Compare to Exalt/Smite in Attention New Members!)
